Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Sales Associate, reporting to Sales Administration Supervisor located in Redmond, WA.

Key Targets of the Role

  • Responsible for preparing ready mix orders for invoicing, charging credit cards for cash sale orders, preparing daily cash sale packets, entering/maintaining quoted projects in Command Series, and assisting with customer calls.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Review priced orders report for errors and make necessary corrections in system.
  • Review ready mix tickets for additional charges to be added prior to invoicing.
  • Process charges for ready mix cash sale orders in CyberSource.
  • Prepare ready mix cash sale packets and upload daily.
  • Enter and maintain confirmed quotes in Command Series.
  • Assist with customer phone calls.
  • Clerical assistance as needed.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Essential Experience and Skills

  • High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
  • Experience in an office/administrative setting
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Energetic telephone skills with an outgoing positive personality
  • Ability to multitask
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Knowledge of concrete and aggregates a plus
  • Knowledge of Command and JWS software a plus
