Nanny Needed For My Children

I am looking for someone to care for my son while I am at work. I work a morning to early evening shift at work and would need some help so I can work through the week as much as possible. My son is 1 years old . He loves outside , walks , playing with toys and eating . He has a pretty lenient schedule but I would like to add more structure to his days . I would love some help with light meal prep and some laundry . Light clean up of toys and daily mess would help a lot .
