*Details of the Opening:*
* Anticipated start date: *ASAP pending credentialing*
* Salary range: *$152 hourly*
* Anticipated duration of this contract assignment: *Ongoing*
* Anticipated schedule: *Full Time*, *Nights/12 hour shifts*
*Daily Range of Responsibilities:*
* ER
* Annual Volume: 14K
* ED Volume: 35-40 daily
* APP Double Coverage
* EMR: Cerner (Dictation available as Dragon)
*What You’ll Need to Qualify for this Role:*
* Boarded EM Physician (currently not accepting any other boards)
* IA Medical License
* Federal DEA with IA Address
* Emergency Room Experience
* IA CSA
* BC/BE – Must be BC, will accept BE and must be BC within five years (if an R3, can apply before graduation; however, must provide residency cert. and they will need to verify before privileges are granted)
* American Board of Physician Specialties accepted for Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine. MUST have EM experience
* ER Activity Logs from past 2 years
* Must have completed a 3-year residency
* Life Certifications: MUST BE AHA approved. Any other must be approved by credentialing department; ATLS, ACLS, and PALS. NO grace period on any life certifications. REQUIRED BY START DATE.
