ServiceNow Administrator
REMTOE with some travel to DC, San Francisco, Chicago, and New York
PUBLIC TRUST
ServiceNow Administrator will operate as part of an integrated team to support the current and future operational needs of the project in the cloud instance of ServiceNow. You are expected to provide implementation expertise, and day-to-day operational administration support for the ServiceNow system.
Primary Responsibilities
Under the general management supervision, you will be responsible, to include, but not limited to:
* Participate in design, development and implementation of ServiceNow including, but not limited to: core setup, workflow administration, reporting, and data imports/exports
* Create, maintain and enhance team Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.
* Overhaul, maintain and enhance Change and asset management, as well as current connections between ServiceNow and other systems.
* Create, maintain and enhance future connections between ServiceNow and other systems.
* Maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles.
* Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
* Coordinate application and platform upgrades.
* Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts
* Configure User Accounts, Groups and Roles. Create custom Roles where necessary.
* Evaluate and configure systems for better performance
* Attends daily scrum calls and provides updates, escalates road-blocks and issues, and asks questions
* Stays current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies.
* Works closely with ServiceNow functional team to ensure break fix solutions meet technical guidelines
* Loads, Modifies, and maintains data between ServiceNow and other platforms
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience or Master's with 3-4 years of prior relevant experience in ITSM administration. Additional years of work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
* At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow Administration
* Must clear DOJ Public Trust
* Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities.
* Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
* Experience using Workflow Editor to configure workflows.
* ITIL Foundations Certification a plus.
* Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
* Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology.
