Position Title: Customer Administrator
Wage: $22/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am-3pm
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Customer Administrator for a great company in the Walworth area. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
Customer Administrator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure production in compliance with procedures
- Produce in accordance with procedures and standards (production, quality, flows, health and safety, etc.)
- Record production on the relevant sheets
- Work within the logistics department and interface with the customer to ensure timely shipment of product
- Control the quality of production
- Raise quality alarms (process anomalies, product anomalies)
- Ensure the smooth running of the work process
Customer Administrator Requirements:
- Previous inspection experience preferred
- Customer service skills, strong computer skills, and ideally logistics experience
- Regularly use hands and fingers and handle or feel parts
- Lift up to 25lbs on an occasional basis, and up to 5lbs on a repetitive basis
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Stand for the full shift
- Bend, twist and reach on a frequent basis
- Attention to detail
- Excellent attendance
- Versatility and multi skills
