About This Opportunity

This position will join a team of 20 within Ipsos' U.S. Marketing team and will report to directly to Ipsos' U.S. Chief Marketing Officer.

The Director of Marketing will work on activating a number of key sales enablement projects transcending across the Marketing team's core practice areas of Content, Design, Events and Activation.

With a special focus primarily on initiatives that align our Marketing activities even more directly with our Sales activities, the Director of Marketing brings a commercial lens to connect USP-oriented messaging and collateral from our 17 Service Line's products and offering to bridge to our related Thought Leadership.

With view on a candidate bringing strong writing and editing skills, the job will also include support for the U.S. Internal Communications activities and social media.

Among the responsibilities:

CLIENT CAMPAIGNS

  • Client activation materials writing and creating compelling and concise email campaign assets.
  • Marketo and Salesforce campaign journeys creating campaign flows and also responsibility for regular updates across the Service Lines and Client organization to refresh client lists.

SALES MATERIALS & IMPACT STORIES

  • Sales materials development: coordination for base content across our 17 Service Lines and crisp, clear, compelling writing/editing and liaison to the design team to see projects through to Activation.
  • Case studies development: coordination for base content across our 17 Service Lines and crisp, clear, compelling writing/editing and liaison to the design team to see projects through to Activation.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Social strategy and support across our U.S. social channels including liaison to the design team for the design of assets and crisp, clear compelling post writing.
  • Employee Advocacy strategy and support for activating our U.S. top leaders more on social as well as cascading downward through all levels to rally more advocacy (and thus pull through to clients) for our core content campaigns.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

  • Internal communications support - crisp, clear, compelling writing/editing of regular internal communications supporting our U.S. internal newsletter as well as special projects support for our Executive Committee and other key teams, like HR and Employee Resource Groups.

Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years in marketing or marketing communications
  • Strong writing, editing and proofing skills
  • Experience communicating about data
  • Proficiency with MS Office including PPT
  • Experience working with Salesforce a plus
