Pay: $21/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

The Operations Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations and management of our organization. This includes coordinating office communications, managing contracts, overseeing vendors, purchasing supplies, maintaining customer and vendor data, managing facilities, driving process improvements, ensuring quality management, and compliance adherence.


Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail, with a knack for spotting inconsistencies and errors
  • Excellent teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with individuals at all levels
  • Proficient language comprehension and reading abilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage data effectively
  • Solid problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management skills


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Highly organized, efficient, and adept at multitasking
  • Experience in administrative support management or team leadership
  • Basic bookkeeping skills (debit and credit memos)
  • Familiarity with Contracts Administration, Project or Program Administration, and Salesforce.com
