Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year


In the role of Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks crucial to supporting our CEO and maintaining the smooth operation of our organization. These include coordinating and managing appointments, both virtual and in-person, through Outlook calendar, processing purchase orders for warehouse and factory operations while ensuring the integrity of our database, drafting and disseminating various forms of correspondence, aiding in the preparation of routine reports such as sales figures and shipment data, as well as establishing and upholding organized filing systems for essential documents like invoices and cost sheets. Additionally, you'll play a key role in procuring office supplies and researching new vendors to ensure the efficiency of our operations, managing contact lists, and coordinating travel arrangements for both professional and personal endeavors. Moreover, you'll provide essential support to the CEO and their family members, handling tasks ranging from bill payments to medical appointments. Serving as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, your role will also involve collaborating closely with senior administrative assistants to address requests and inquiries from various levels of management within the organization.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
  • Background in purchasing or as a buyer is preferred
  • Strong math skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively
  • Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
