Human Resource Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

Express Employment Professionals in Everett is hiring an experienced Human Resource Supervisor to join our client's growing team in Arlington, WA. 

As the Human Resource Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the human resource specialists and related functions for an organization on the cutting edge of aerospace. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of human resource specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
• Enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company goals, promote a positive work culture, and comply with legal requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and orientation to ensure the timely and effective integration of new employees into the organization.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning, to support employee growth and development.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring competitive offerings and efficient administration.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA.
• Maintain HR metrics and reporting systems to track key performance indicators and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in human resource management, with 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
