Accounts Receivable Analyst

Conducts unapplied cash research by validating customer payment history. Communicates effectively with customers (via email and phone) to achieve resolution of unapplied cash within service level agreement (SLA) Participation in discovery; and drive of the implementation, of solutions to limit or prevent future creation of unapplied cash memos. Build and maintain relationships with both external customers and internal teams. Execute special projects as assigned by leadership. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years prior Accounts Receivable experience. High School.
