With a workforce exceeding 14,000 individuals and a widespread presence with over 500 offices across North America, this company has experienced significant growth, partly attributable to its success in mergers and acquisitions.Job Description:The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative entails overseeing the ongoing management of designated accounts under the guidance of the Account Executive and/or Producer. This position necessitates direct engagement with clients, Account Executives, Producers, insurance companies, finance companies, and various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Issuing auto ID cards, binders, certificates, and Evidence of Property
Managing orders for loss runs, MVRs, and E Mods
Processing change requests and cancellations, including follow-up and documentation
Conducting audits, rate checks, and invoicing tasks
Supporting Account Managers and Executives in policy management and updates
Handling new business processing, renewals, and billing updates
Managing document scanning and digital filing processes
Coordinating correspondence with carriers and preparing invoices
Facilitating policy deliveries and reconciliation of fleet schedules
Assisting in the preparation of proposals and finance agreements
Providing administrative support, including scanning, mail, and phone assistance
Collaborating on various projects and handling claims intake as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
1-2+ years of experience in Commercial Lines preferred
Active Property and Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
Proficiency in computer skills and software applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
