HR Generalist

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level HR Generalist. In this role, you will be an integral part of our HR department, contributing to various HR functions and gaining valuable experience in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. Assist in maintaining a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs. Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries. Training and Development: Collaborate with the HR team to coordinate training programs. Facilitate employee development initiatives.
