  • Job Title: Senior HR Generalist

  • Location: North Highlands, CA 95660

  • Salary Range: $68,850.00 - $80,400.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead recruitment efforts, participate in selection, and implement retention strategies.

  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and coach managers on effective feedback and improvement plans.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Conduct compensation analysis, stay updated on market trends, and contribute to competitive benefits packages.

  • Policy Implementation: Implement and communicate HR policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/generalist role.

  • Come from the Construction Industry

  • Fluent in Spanish

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR tools.

Pay Details: $68,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
