Job Title: Senior HR Generalist
Location: North Highlands, CA 95660
Salary Range: $68,850.00 - $80,400.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment.
Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead recruitment efforts, participate in selection, and implement retention strategies.
Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and coach managers on effective feedback and improvement plans.
Compensation and Benefits: Conduct compensation analysis, stay updated on market trends, and contribute to competitive benefits packages.
Policy Implementation: Implement and communicate HR policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/generalist role.
Come from the Construction Industry
Fluent in Spanish
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR tools.
