Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.
We current have a job opening in the Kemp, Texas area for a middle school special education teacher. This is a life skillsclassroom, with students in grades 6-8th with paraprofessionals on staff as well.
As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, providing specialized instruction and support, and collaborating with other educators and support staff to ensure that all students receive an inclusive education that meets their unique needs.
Requirements:
- Masters in special edu or a related field
- TX teaching license
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
