Administrative Assistant

You will play a key role in supporting our Project Managers on a variety of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

•Assisting with the development and implementation of project schedules and budgets

•Managing subcontractors and coordinating their work

•Monitoring project progress and reporting to the Project Manager

•Identifying and resolving potential issues

•Maintaining project documentation

•Performing quality control inspections (eventually)

•Writing progress reports

•Attending project meetings and taking minutes

•Assisting with closeout activities

•Coordinating with vendors to source and ensure that materials are delivered as needed and according to contractual agreements.

Qualifications

•understanding of construction practices and principles

•Understanding computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft office, Adobe PDF or similar programs.

•Proficient in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Detail-oriented and results-driven.

•Ability to prioritize tasks based on priorities and importance.
