  • Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and performance.

  • Coordinate with the maintenance department to schedule and perform PM/PdM services, inspections, and corrective maintenance promptly.

  • Manage predictive programs such as vibration analysis, thermography, and non-destructive testing, interpreting data to guide maintenance decisions.

  • Assist in equipment inspections, adjustments, replacements, overhauls, and improvements to enhance equipment reliability and asset protection.

  • Evaluate environmental and design factors affecting equipment life, including corrosion, abrasion, cyclic stress, and metallurgical considerations.

  • Implement methods to increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and decrease Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) through value analysis and maintenance optimization.

  • Develop standardized maintenance procedures, update SOPs, and ensure spare parts availability for new installations and modifications.

  • Collaborate with factory management and engineering departments to ensure the maintainability of new capital projects and installations.

  • Oversee lubrication program management, develop tank integrity and pressure vessel inspection programs, and assist with 5-year budget planning for maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience and education.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, with direct training in maintenance engineering practices or maintenance excellence programs.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and root cause analysis.

  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques, vibration analysis, thermography, and non-destructive testing.

  • Familiarity with equipment reliability principles, maintenance optimization, and value analysis.

  • Experience in developing maintenance procedures, updating SOPs, and managing spare parts inventory.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to remain updated with advancing maintenance technology and apply it to improve equipment reliability and performance.
