Mechanical Engineer – HVAC (65-90K)

We have a Direct Hire opportunity available for a Mechanical Engineer – HVAC at a growing manufacturer in Syracuse, NY. 

Overview:

Your Role:

• Serve as a Mechanical Engineer for HVAC product portfolios
• Create design documentation to include P&ID and BOMs
• Perform FEA modeling and analysis of refrigeration components for component selection
• Provide support on test and validation activities of prototypes
• Interface with manufacturing teams to improve designs for cost and productivity efficiency

Background Profile:

• BSME or MS degree in Engineering
• 2-5+ years of HVAC Design experience
• 3D modeling experience (Solidworks, AutoCAD, Inventor, Creo, NX, or related)
• Knowledge of compressors, heat and refrigeration coils, and air moving subsystems
