NAVY MAINTENANCE ANALYST (SKED)

Full-time with Benefits

We are seeking candidates experienced with the Navy's Maintenance and Material Management (3-M) Program, to include using the SKED 3.2 software application. Candidates must have a working knowledge of SKED 3.2 functionality and a firm grasp of current Navy PMS policies.

This position requires some travel. Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen living in the San Diego, CA area, with the ability to acquire a Security Clearance and a U.S. Passport.

Education & Experience:
  • 7-10 years' active duty experience with the Navy's Maintenance and Material Management (3-M) Program
  • 5-7 years' experience using SKED 3.2 software
  • 3 or more years' experience in a maintenance supervisory position (3MC/3MA experience a preferred)
  • 3 or more years' experience in Leadership role such as Divisional Leading Petty Officer or Divisional Leading Chief Petty Officer.

SKED SME / Fleet Support Representative responsibilities include:
  • Provide SKED software technical support via phone, email and in-person
  • Interface with Senior Fleet and NAVSEA customers
  • Analyze Navy PMS data from various sources to identify problem resolutions
  • Perform SKED software and database installations
  • Conduct SKED training in a classroom environment, for U.S. Navy personnel and other SKED end users
  • Lead a team for special projects and tasking
  • Assist with quality assurance testing of the SKED software application
  • Provide ideas and recommendations for process improvement
