About ABA Therapy Partners

We believe in the power of a talented group of people with the intention to make a difference, focused on achieving a common goal, and breaking down barriers to make it happen. The core of our business – and our differentiation - is our team-centric culture and our cutting edge operations. We support our clinicians with the best culture and tools, allowing them to do their work efficiently and with joy. This results in better continuity of care and long-term results.

The Clinical Supervisor manages treatment implementation and oversees employees to ensure workplace compliance. Our commitment is to maximize each client's potential, so ambitious programming is key. Making sure treatment programs stay on track and adjusting them when they are not is at the heart of this position.

Treatment begins with an initial client assessment monitored by the BCBA Clinical Supervisor, who will also participate in ongoing assessments of client development. They will create assessment and treatment reports to facilitate the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy. Also, they develop specific treatment plans and programs for clients based on their knowledge and experience.

The BCBA Clinical Supervisor should function as a support team for their clients, coworkers, and employees. Providing direction and professional feedback to the client's team, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Lead Behavior Technicians, and Program/Clinical Assistants is a foundational aspect of the position.

The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts who seek supervised work hours. To fulfill this responsibility, the Clinical Supervisor will meet with supervisees to document progress each month and will conduct monthly clinical observations to monitor the supervisee's skills.

Integral to the BCBA Clinical Supervisor role is the task of training the client's family to implement similar techniques at home. For this, the Clinical Supervisor should be patient and maintain a full understanding of all relevant ABA methodologies.

Adaptability is crucial; the Clinical Supervisor should be comfortable in both center and home environments where behaviors and attitudes shift constantly.
