Part Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) - Full-time

At Ready Set GO Therapy, we're looking for a Part Time or PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary team of talented therapists at our Sausalito and Novato clinics. This position includes the chance to work in a fully equipped SI gym and alongside supportive, skilled clinicians in a fun and positive environment. It also includes the opportunity to lead our outdoor Friendship Explorations groups in beautiful settings across Marin county! This position could also be a match for a school-based therapist who might be able to fill in during after-school and/or weekend hours.

Part time and PRN positions are available, with the potential to transition to Full Time status. Base hourly range is $48-$57 per hour, based on experience, plus an additional $5 per hour for Saturday sessions. Entry-level therapists can earn between $80,000 - $96,000 annually when working full time, and seasoned therapists can earn over $115,000 annually. Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist: (Included, but not limited to)

· Evaluation and treatment. Caseload includes highly motivated families with typical age range of 2-12 years old and a variety of diagnoses, including ADHD, ASD, LD, and SPD.

· Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team

· Family and community education

· Communication with community professionals

· Potential to lead our Friendship Explorations summer camps and outdoor groups
