- Define video concepts and scripts alongside the creative team.
- Direct and manage all phases of video production including pre-production, production, post-production.
- Ensure videos align with brand, message, style, and tone.
- Manage resources effectively including tools, crew, and budgets for video production.
- Evaluate analytics to measure the impact of video content and make necessary amendments when needed.
Desired Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field.
- Basic understanding of video production including shooting, editing, sound, lighting.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to visually communicate effectively.
- Good leadership skills and the ability to manage a production team.
- Awareness of digital media and current trends in video production.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Internship experience in a related field.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other editing software.
- Understanding of the energy efficiency sector.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience in using social media platforms for video uploading and promotion.
