this can be either a Full-time or Part-time position.

Community Medical and Dental Care, Inc. is looking for a new hygienist to join our team. We're a great, close-knit group of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care for our patients. We're looking for someone who is experienced, outgoing, and a team player.

Qualifications:

• State-registered Dental Hygienist
• 1+ years of experience in a dental office
• Experience with electronic dental record

As our new hygienist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Assisting with oral health management of all patients
• Verifying the identity of patients before administering treatment
• Obtaining oral health assessments of each patient
• Reviewing the medical history and other pertinent oral health information
• Providing oral hygiene services including dental prophylaxis scaling, sealant application, and fluoride application
• Providing dental assistance as directed by the dentist.
• Providing oral health education and individual counseling to each patient
• Documenting provided dental services on the patient's chart.
