In the role, you would be responsible for:

• Replenishing air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts
• Picking air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts
• Packing air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts
• Manually constructing shipping cartons
• Removing plastic, cardboard (bailing), emptying trash and sweeping floors
• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion

What Youll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift experience
• Pick/pack experience in a line environment
• RF scanner experience
• Experience opening cartons, replenishing, and picking product
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work with people
• Multitasking skills
• Quality minded and strong attention to detail
• Strong sense of teamwork and capable of getting along well with co-workers and managers
• Ability to stand, squat, reach and walk between 8 - 12 hours per day
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. infrequently
• Ability to withstand cold/heat in a warehouse environment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
