Overview

Horton, Inc., a global airflow industry leader in reliability, service and innovation has an opening for a Receiver to work in our Britton, SD location. This is a 2nd shift position and the standard work hours are 3:30 pm - 2:00 am, with overtime, as needed. Hire on bonus and relocation assistance is available. This position starts at $20.97 per hour with a $1.25 per hour shift premium.

Responsibilities

• Receives parts delivered to the facility by common carrier, company vehicles or other means of transportation.
• Enters receiving data into the Business system to document the availability and location of parts and materials for production.
• Scans packing slips into business system and assign into interdock system with expiration date.
• Moves material to storage or staging areas using material handling equipment.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature when caught up with orders.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma, or equivalent (GED). Six months of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
