Responsibilities - Porter / Service Writer / Advisor Trainee:

• Learn about our dealership's daily operations and how to be successful
• Move cars and run errands for the dealership
• Provide safe shuttle service for customers
• Maintain the parking lots in a neat and organized manner
• Wash cars
• Greet service customers and make them feel welcome
• Learn how to be a successful Service Writer / Advisor. They advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair.
• Assist Service Writers / Advisors and the loaner/rental desk
• Answer the phone and schedule service appointments
  
  

Qualifications - Porter / Service Writer Trainee:

• Some automotive knowledge/work experience is preferred but not required. Excellent training is provided!
• Must have a servant's heart, be teachable, have a positive attitude, and like working with people
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good work ethic and a professional, well-groomed appearance
• Energetic and able to work outdoors during hot and cold seasonal temperatures
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
