Our Full-time Service Advisor job opportunity is located at our Sioux City, IA dealership!
Day Shift: Wednesday thru Friday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm & Saturdays 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000(K)

The following skills are needed to perform the duties of a Service Advisor:
Assist customers with their service repair needs by reporting vehicle issues and recommending needed repairs
Ability to create estimates using ADP (repair order system)
Assigns repair orders (RO) to the trained technician who can complete necessary repairs
Answers customer questions regarding their vehicle and handle any issues that arise
Ability to follow service department process and procedures
Qualifications:
Demonstrates good communication and customer service skills
Demonstrates professionalism in the workplace
Demonstrates time management skills to keep up in a fast pace environment
Prefers previous service advisor or service technician experience (2-4 years of experience)
Must pass a drug test, agilities physical & background check
Organized and friendly personality
Must have a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
