Duties of this positon include:

• Repairs and maintains mechanical systems, including electrical, plumbing and heating.
• Maintains a neat and orderly appearance of all grounds and buildings.
• Sets up tables, chairs, and other items for various functions as needed.
• Picks ups various supplies, parts, and building materials and delivers items to various locations as needed.
• Assembles and installs equipment as necessary.
• Completes preventative maintenance checks according to schedule and documents/reports as required by regulations.
• Provides on-call service on a scheduled basis.
• Completes maintenance work orders.
• Maintains working knowledge of all emergency systems and procedures including fire alarm procedures.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

New Jersey Driver’s License required.

New Jersey Low-Pressure Boiler Operator's License (Black Seal) and Certified Pool & Operator (CPO) required or willing to obtain within the first 90 days of hire.
