We are looking for GNA for the following shifts;

GNA - 3:00pm to 11:00pm

GNA- 11:00pm to 7:00am

Every other weekend Availability required***

Essential Responsibilities:

• GNA should perform direct patient care duties under the supervision of nursing personnel and to assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the residents.
• GNA should observe residents continuously
• GNA should also report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident's personal hygiene
• Setting up of meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents' space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

Minimum Qualifications for GNAs:

• Must have a valid GNA license
