The Sales Coordinator at Premier Truck Rental (PTR) is a key support role to our Inside and Outside Sales Representatives. S/he will be directly involved with customers and is tasked with representing PTR and exemplifying excellent customer service. S/he will support the sales team in an administrative capacity and guide customers through the sales pipeline, from following up with rental quote requests to obtaining an executed contract, and continuing customer support as units come off rent. Main job functions include generating contracts, maintaining accurate CRM data, executing on and off-rent internal transactions, coordinating campaigns and lead prospecting. Must be effective in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented and a strong team player. Position is hourly, some overtime required at times, profit sharing bonus available.

COMPENSATION
This position has a competitive compensation package that is a combination of hourly base pay plus profit sharing paid quarterly after 1 year of employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bend over backwards to provide excellent customer service to our customers.
  • Create and send Customer Quotes, Specs and Rental Contracts
  • Data Entry into CRM
  • Ensure quotes are input into the system with accuracy, and follow-up calls are executed in a timely manner.
  • Effective communication between customers, inside sales, and other departments as needed to ensure quick response to customer requests.
  • Utilize CRM to compile and analyze data with accuracy.
  • Coordinate On-Rent and Off-Rent notices, ensuring all delivery and pickup details are accurate and accounting, service, and sales departments have all pertinent information.
  • Generate contracts
  • Pursue and complete government bid and vendor application opportunities
  • Send on-boarding paperwork for new customers, including insurance requirements, and credit applications.
  • Serve as part of back-up phone coverage team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working in an administrative or customer service support role
  • Excellent organization skills, detailed oriented and a passion for customer service
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
