The Opportunity:
Echelon is currently on the lookout for a creative director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in the field of creative efficiency and will be responsible for providing strategic creative direction, designing innovative solutions that meet business goals and managing our talented creative team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all creative projects from inception to completion.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop creative strategies.
  • Leading and inspiring the creative team to deliver top-notch, detail-oriented work.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and implementing best practices for efficiency and creativity.
  • Coordinating directly with clients and stakeholders to capture and realize their vision and objectives.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative director role or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and creative tools.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in the energy sector.
  • A master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven ability to work with various teams across an organization.
  • Experience working with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
