Beacon Lacombe located minutes off I-12 is looking to add a Full Time RN to their day shift rotation. Shifts are 2-2-3, 7A-7P.
Beacon Behavioral Support Services is one of the largest and most established behavioral health programs in Louisiana. For 25 years, Beacon employs caring staff at locations across southeast Louisiana: Baton Rouge, Metairie, Slidell, Hammond, Bogalusa, Bunkie, Opelousas, and Lutcher. We currently provide inpatient programs and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) that provide therapy to those struggling with emotional disorders, substance abuse, and mental disorders. Over the past 2 years, Beacon has expanded its service line to partner with Psychiatric Private Practices in TX, AR, MS, FL.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have Registered Nurse Licensure in the state of operation.
Must have a Bachelor’s, Associate degree or diploma in nursing with documented evidence of educational program focused on treating patients with mental illnesses.
Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience, 1 year of which was providing nursing care to the mentally ill, OR receive regular documented supervision/consultation from a Master’s prepared psychiatric nurse.
Certification in Basic Life Support required.
Certification in non-violent crisis intervention.
