Job brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing coordinator to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional materials.

As a marketing coordinator, you will collaborate with our marketing team, coordinate efforts from external vendors, and work closely with key internal teams including – but not limited to - our customer service team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our external & internal marketing channels.

This position will allow you to acquire new marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts to help us achieve our immediate and long-term company goals. To be successful in this position they must be a passionate, continuous learner with an entrepreneurial attitude and drive to win.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & collect data from marketing campaigns to help ensure the integrity of campaigns (i.e. call listening)
  • Monitor & respond to customers on designated social media platforms
  • Research industry trends, consumer opinions, & competition
  • Gauge customer satisfaction through surveys, polls, & online feedback
  • Partner with digital creator to script, produce & refine video content
  • Communicate, coordinate, and celebrate relationships with community partners & influencers
  • Maximize community partner & influencer exposer through execution of creative ideas & strategy in-person or social media (i.e. live streams or events)
  • Secure new & existing awards & recognition opportunities
  • Research, plan, & create engaging social media content (LinkedIn & TikTok)
  • Assist in planning internal & community-wide events while maintaining brand integrity
  • Implement & maintain internal organization & display of marketing materials & accolades
  • Assist in creative coordination of brand & marketing materials
  • Seek-out & facilitate participation in community events

Requirements and skills

  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience with Email Marketing platforms
  • Exposure to the basic principles of SEM and Google Products
  • Working knowledge of various social media and Reputation Management platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to cultivate metrics and identify meaningful trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Exemplify a strong commitment to follow-through
  • Project Management Experience is a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Canva is a plus
