DMS Landscaping, a leading landscaping and Commercial Construction company in Omaha, NE, seeking a reliable and dedicated Commercial Projects Foreman to oversee and coordinate a variety of commercial contract projects. As a Commercial Projects Foreman, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of projects, customer satisfaction, and the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate commercial bid projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise and lead a team of laborers, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, such as site preparation, installation of site materials, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Manage equipment and material inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and utilization.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of project documentation
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

FINAL COMPENSATION AMOUNT WILL BE BASED OFF OF LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial construction projects, including project management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
