An established and quickly growing insurance defense law firm with offices throughout the northeast has an aopportunity for a Litigation Associate Attorney in its Raleigh, NC office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Review documents
- Draft responses and motions
- Attend Court appearances
- Attend and conduct depositions and medations
- Perform legal research
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- 3-5 years of recent litigation defense experience.
- Previous experience with medical malpractice and/or insurance defense is preferred
- Must be currently admitted to the NC Bar
- Must be organized and deadline driven
- Trial experience is not required, but is a big plus!
- Deposition and mediation experience also preferred
