Senior Technical Instructor

We are looking for an exceptional Technical Trainer Lead to join the Education and Training team working closely with cross business functions to create, execute and operationalize instructor-led training, both virtually and in-person for our customers and partners. You will also be responsible for:

Program Strategy and Development:

• Design, build and operationalize program capabilities, frameworks and metrics.
• Harmonize cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure ongoing alignment to the programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging learning activities and compelling curriculum to enhance retention and drive customer outcomes.
• Maintain and update training materials in response to product updates, or changes in curriculum to stay in alignment with adjacent training in different formats.
• Develop advanced instructor-led training materials to meet the growing demands of our customers.
• Provide recommendations to continuously improve and grow Workato's education services.
• Stay up to date with industry tools and technologies to improve the virtual and in-person training experience.

Program Execution and Assessment:

• Responsible for the overall experience of students attending the instructor-led events.
• Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions virtually and in-person, ensuring participants gain a deep understanding of Workato's Enterprise Orchestration capabilities
• Work with cross functional teams to deliver a comprehensive suite of instructor-led events, targeting different customer personas and skill-level
• Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate to various personas
• Assess student submissions of practical exercises.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as:

• End of session surveys
• Instructor Utilization %
• % registration to participation
• % of participation to passed exams
