Job Description
Seeking a Full-time Mid-Level Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). This position is Full-Time GAP Provider position providing coverage at all of our medical sites - Peterstown, Union, Forest Hill, WV and Craig County, VA Requires a West Virginia License and ability to obtain a Virginia License. Great Benefits package includes competitive salary, malpractice coverage, WV State Retirement Plan, Health Insurance, Disability Insurance, 11 Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, (cme/sick/vacation) and CME allowance. Loan reimbursement may be available if qualified through the NHSC. Prefer 2 years of Family Practice Experience. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm, No Weekends.
