As an Academic Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized academic support and guidance to students, helping them navigate their educational paths and overcome any challenges they may face. By fostering a supportive and empowering environment, you will work closely with students to develop personalized academic plans, set goals, and monitor their progress towards achievement.

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual who is committed to promoting the academic success and well-being of our students. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and fellow educators to ensure a holistic approach to academic advising.

Responsibilities of the Academic Advisor include:

• Conducting academic assessments and developing individualized educational plans for students
• Providing guidance on course selection, college and career exploration, and academic goal-setting
• Monitoring student progress and offering support and encouragement as needed
• Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and administrators to address student needs and concerns
• Organizing workshops, events, and resources to enhance student academic success
