Cake Decorator - East Grand Forks (FT and PT)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Cake Decorator. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious cakes that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cake Decoration:

Decorate cakes according to customer preferences, themes, and specifications.

Use various tools and techniques to apply icing, fondant, and other decorative elements.

Create aesthetically pleasing designs, including but not limited to flowers, figures, and intricate patterns.

• Customer Interaction:

Interact with customers to understand their cake decoration requirements and preferences.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with the final product.

Offer creative suggestions and solutions based on customer needs.

• Adherence to Quality Standards:

Maintain high standards of quality in cake decoration, ensuring that all products meet the company's guidelines.

Follow food safety and hygiene practices to guarantee the safety and well-being of customers.

• Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory of decorating supplies and ingredients.

Communicate with the management team to ensure that necessary supplies are ordered in a timely manner.

• Training and Development:
