Located in LUMBERTON, Texas, our agency is dedicated to serving our community and building lasting relationships with our clients.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued policyholders. You will handle incoming calls, assist with policy inquiries, provide information on insurance coverage, and address any concerns or issues they may have. In addition to providing exceptional service, you'll have the opportunity to cross-sell and upsell insurance products, helping our clients find the coverage that best fits their needs.

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills who can effectively listen to our clients' needs and provide clear and concise information. You should have a positive and inviting demeanor, as well as the ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls from policyholders and provide exceptional customer service

- Assist customers with questions, changes to policies, and claims inquiries

- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to meet clients' needs and increase policy coverage

- Educate clients on policy details, coverage options, and available discounts

- Resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy information

- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery


Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems

- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers


A Property & Casualty insurance license is required within 30 days of hire.
