Abound Credit Union is now hiring friendly, enthusiastic, and just overall awesome personalities to provide supervision to our teller area that serves as the primary contact for our members on currency and account related services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise tellers to include staffing, timesheet approval, and scheduling leave.
  • Foster and promote a sales environment with your team to generate loans and product opportunities.
  • Safeguard and maintain security of all branch funds.
  • Focus on community and financial education.
  • Assist manager with interviews for open Teller positions.

What We Need:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A desire to present life changing, money saving opportunities to our members / potential members.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with great communication skills.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to proficiently operate a computer, fax machine, calculator, and copier.
  • Cash handling and balancing experience a plus!
