Associate Veterinarian - Private Owned Small Animal Hospital in Canon City, CO

We are seeking a compassionate full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our thriving private animal hospital in beautiful Canon City, CO!

The ideal candidate is someone who loves vet medicine and appreciates the outdoors as we're in an ideal spot for a nature lover! We offer 3 weeks PTO to start so you can get out and enjoy the land.

Our team is passionate, caring and committed. We help each other and help the pets we serve on a daily basis. It's a true labor of love! The successful candidate will be adept in all aspects of veterinary medicine, and must be proficient in veterinary surgery. If you are early in your career, our lead / owner doctor has an incredible amount of experience and would love to guide and mentor you in this supportive environment.

  • 50 Year History!
  • 20+ Years of experience amongst support team
  • Lead/Owner doctor who cares and can mentor
  • No On Call
  • We have a beautiful Surgical Suite
  • Offer: Surgery, Dentistry, Ultrasonography and some orthopedic surgeries
  • 4 Day Work Week and 1 Sat shift per Month.
  • $115K Salary
  • Maternity Leave
  • No rushed appointments.
