Assembly Associate

Our Hopkinsville Automotive Manufacturing partner is looking for Assembly Associates to add to their team!

1st shift Shift Hours: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM

2nd shift Shift Hours: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Pay Range: $15-$16/hr

Temporary to permanent position in Hopkinsville, KY.

Job Description for the Assembly Associates:

• Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints

• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Report any issues or malfunctions with tools or equipment to the supervisor.

Requirements for the Assembly Associates:

• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience

• Strong manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools effectively

• Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Background Requirements: (no CSC or Violent Felonies)

• Diploma/GED Required: Yes

• This position is based in a warehouse setting, where you will be responsible for assembling various products using both hand tools and power tools. The role requires good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. As an Assembler, you will work collaboratively with a team to meet production goals while ensuring the quality of the finished products.
