Aroma Coffee is looking for experienced, friendly, ambitious individuals with great people skills to join our team. We have are looking for an assistant manager to over see weekends and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff training
Key Holder
Greeting customers, answering questions, entering orders
Prepare drinks (grinding beans, brewing coffee/tea)
Prepare food (sandwiches, soups, salads, baked goods)
Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas
Washing dishes and equipment
Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality control
Job Qualifications:
Barista experience, preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Flexible schedule
