Join our vibrant team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative, working in our beautiful office building. Since this is not a commissioned role or sales-related your pay will not change from week to week.

As an Insurance CSR, you will play a key role in working with our valued customers, assisting them with policy changes, and ensuring they receive top-notch customer service. Our office, located in the scenic Bonita Springs, specializes in personal lines insurance, with a primary focus on home and car insurance. You will work with customers who already love us and help them answer questions and service their active policies.

Compensation:

$50,000

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
  • Engage with existing customers to address inquiries, assist, and facilitate policy adjustments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high client satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with the team in our bustling office environment, handling various tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable talking on the phone
Qualifications:
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work


  • Willingness to obtain an insurance license; we are prepared to support you in the licensing process
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Be comfortable working in an office
  • Willing to learn new things
