- Join our compassionate team as a Home Health Nurse, providing expert nursing care to patients in their homes in Port Angeles, WA.
Responsibilities:
- đĨ Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
- đ Administer medications and conduct treatment as prescribed.
- đ Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as necessary.
- đ Maintain precise medical records and documentation.
- đ¤ Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure complete patient care.

Qualifications:
- đ Nursing degree with active RN or LPN license in Washington.
- â¤ī¸ Current CPR/BLS certification.
