Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their insurance needs.

New Business Development: Proactively reach out to potential clients to expand our customer base and generate new business opportunities.

Policy Analysis: Analyze clients' existing policies and offer recommendations for coverage improvements or cost savings.

Insurance Consultation: Educate clients on different insurance products and coverage options, guiding them towards the most suitable solutions for their needs.

Documentation and Follow-Up: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and follow-up on any outstanding issues or pending tasks.


Requirements

Licensing: Possess or be willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses in Wisconsin.

Prior Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing policies and providing recommendations.
