You will successfully accomplish your day to day independently at times and at times with your valuable team members. You will be responsible for performing routine processes and at times resolving issues to ensure that we manufacture product of the highest quality.

Quality Liquid Feeds, Inc., a nationwide, innovative leader in the developing and manufacturing of liquid feed supplements for animals has a full-time, 9am-6pm Agglomerator Operator position available at our Dunlap, IA agglomerator facility.

What you'll be doing:

• You will be responsible for feed safety and quality by the production of Xanthan Gum
• You will be responsible for end of day clean up in our food grade facility
• You will coordinate batching schedules and production by communicating with appropriate personnel and maximizing plant efficiency per established procedures
• You will be responsible for safety and quality by operating batch mixing equipment to mix ingredients according to specified formulations
• You will operate automated or manual equipment, pumps, pre-mix addition systems, and routing systems to manufacture per established procedures
• You will unload trucks as well as inspect inbound bulk and bag ingredients, operate receiving equipment and distribute ingredients into the appropriate bin/tank following established procedures

• You are a people person—the Manufacturing Team interacts with, supports, and collaborates with a broad range of team members, and business partners.

The ability to read formulas, organization, and maintain a clean work environment is essential to this position.

If you have maintenance skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment, that's a plus!

Minimum Starting pay: $18.50/hr
