Summary

This position produces the billing and coordinates documentation for various construction projects within Keystone. The main responsibilities include reviewing job-level financial data, managing billing and financial reports, monitoring accounts receivable, assist with purchase orders and sub-contractor invoices, providing information to sub-contractors and vendors, obtaining lien waivers, and overseeing payments to subcontractors and suppliers.

This position will support our project managers with administrative tasks including submittals, RFIs, project records and documentation.

This position will require extensive use of Procore project management and financials.

Essential Functions

  • Integrate final budgets into Procore.
  • Work with project managers to compile owner billings via Procore.
  • Provide project managers and controller with timely financial reports and budgets, as well as project forecasts.
  • Prepare pre-billing reports for project managers to review.
  • Monitor project receivables.
  • Assist with project payables.
  • Oversight of necessary project documentation.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Performing other accounting or administrative duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalency and 4 years of construction project accounting experience. Competencies for this position include:

  • Experience with Procore Project Financials.
  • Respectful, upstanding character traits and work ethics including sound judgement, honesty, dependability.
  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, often changing environment.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with various levels of employees.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage deadlines.
  • Experience with Sage 300 (preferred).
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that operates in a professional office environment. Normal days of work are Monday through Friday, however, working outside of normal days and hours may be required, depending on workload and project needs. While in the office, this position routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

The following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position is regularly required to sit, stand, drive, and walk, while occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift up to 10 lbs., use manual dexterity, and reach with hands and arms.

Must have the ability to work well with other employees, as well as with the general public, while always maintaining a positive attitude.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position is not expected to have supervisory responsibility.
