ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Assist with structural design, planning, layout and installation.
- Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
- Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
- Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment
- Knowledge/Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull and lift heavy objects
- Willing to learn additional maintenance skills.
- Recognize his/her contribution to the effectiveness of the QMS including the benefits of improved performance.
- Comprehend the impact or effect of not conforming with the QMS.
- Observe all safety precautions, rules and regulations. Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures. Maintains work area in a clean and safe manner.
