Courtesy Technician

Business is BOOMING and we are seeking a reliable automotive courtesy technician to join our team. Even though the automotive courtesy technician is an entry level position, it is one of the most important positions within our team. You are creating a noticeable, readily seen experience for the customer by ensuring their interior floorboards are vacuumed, exterior windows are cleaned, and the vehicles tire pressure is adjusted to the manufacturer recommendation. This position is critical to a positive customer experience! In addition, you will be assisting the hood technicians with pulling vehicles in/out of the bays and conducting light checks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, great communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both individually and as a member of a team in a fast-paced full-service automotive shop and quick lube. No experience required; but a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Perform essential services to customers vehicles such as vacuuming interior floorboards, cleaning exterior windows, and adjusting tire air pressure to manufacturer recommendations.
• Assist with moving vehicles in and out of bays, as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services performed.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers, when needed.
• Ensure all work is performed efficiently and accurately, adhering to manufacturer and industry standards.

Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Shadow hood technicians to learn processes and procedures for career advancement.

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:


Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Work with other members of the team to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
